Sie sind JungdesignerIn und Mode und
Theater sind Ihre Welt? Bereits zum siebten
Mal schreibt das Luzerner
Theater mit dem «Prix Juste-au-Corps»
den in Europa einmaligen Förderpreis für
Kostümdesign aus.
Junge Talente erhalten die Möglichkeit, das
Kostümbild für zwei Figuren für das bekannte
Singspiel «Im weissen Rössl» von Ralph
Benatzky zu gestalten, Theatererfahrung zu
sammeln und ihr Werk einer hochkarätigen,
internationalen Jury und der Öffentlichkeit zu
präsentieren.
Als Preis winkt ein Vertrag für ein
Kostümbild am Luzerner Theater mit
einem Honorar von CHF 10'000 und als Publikumspreis
ein Praktikum in der Kostümabteilung
eines renommierten Theaters.

Biennial 9 Exhibition - The entry to this
juried exhibition of the American
Tapestry Alliance (ATA) is open to all
artists who design and weave their own
tapestries, defined as handwoven weft-faced
fabric with discontinuous wefts. Artists may
submit up to three pieces, one-of-a-kind and
completed after January 2008. They should not
have been shown previously in any ATA exhibition.

Eastern Hemisphere Collection of the Textile
Museum is the juror of this exhibition.

APOLDA EUROPEAN DESIGN AWARD
Since 2002 this Competition, with
altogether 250.000 Euro prizes is held
among selected European Universities with Fashion
Design Departments.
For 2011 there are 7 Universities from
Germany taking part and one each from 10
further countries. The deadline has been at
the end of January. On April 9, 2011 the
results of this competition will be presented
in Apolda, a centre of the German knitting
industry.
