Information
The Information Centre is located in the Main Vestibule.
The assistants there will answer questions about the museum and its work, provide museum plans and events calendars.

100 rubles
Charge for Museum Videotaping
350 rubles

  opening hours:
The museum is open daily, except Mondays, from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The museum closes at 5.00 pm on holidays and preceding days
Sale of tickets stops one hour before closing time.

On 31 December and 2, 6, 7, and 9 January the museum is open from 10.00 until 17.00. Ticket sales end at 16.00.

On 4, 5, and 8 January the museum is open from 10.30 until 18.00. Ticket sales end at 17.00.

On 1, 3, and 10 January the museum is closed.

entrance fees:

- 350 roubles - for individuals
- other buildings in the museum complex, namely the General Staff, Menshikov Palace, Winter Palace of Peter I, and Museum of the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory 200 rubles for each separate building.
- Treasure Gallery (including the cost of an individual entrance ticket) is 300 rubles

- On the first Thursday of every month museum entrance is free of charge for individual visitors who are not in groups.
- Free of charge entrance tickets are issued to school children, students in the possession of their student identity cards, pensioners who are citizens of Russia, and also to other persons who have the right to visit museums in Russia for free. http://www.hermitagemuseum.org/html_En/04/hm4_4.html
